Monday, 22 October 2018 : Departure to Lisbon
6:30 at the latest: check-in of the business and academic delegation
6:45 at the latest: check-in of the official delegation
8:10 departure flight from Melsbroek Airport
10:15 arrival flight at Lisbon Military Airport of Figo Maduro (1 hour behind time in Brussels)

Wednesday, 24 October 2018 : Departure from Lisbon to Porto 
7:00 to 07:20 AM: luggage and hand luggage drop off in the Sintra room (mezzanine floor) of the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Hotel for all passengers taking the governmental flight. Be sure to have luggage tags attached to all suitcases and do not forget to settle your bill prior to departure.
7:20 - 7:40 AM : Security screening of the hand luggage
7:45- 08:00 AM sharp: All the participants travelling on the governmental flight from Lisbon to Porto, pick-up their hand luggage in the Sintra room and proceed the buses with their boarding pass (main entrance of the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Hotel). Coaches will leave the hotel at 08:00 AM sharp.
All the passengers flying will the governmental aircraft from Lisbon to Porto and from Porto to Brussels are requested (if possible) to leave their hand luggage (trolley, laptop, etc.) in the aircraft in Porto.
Please note that you will NOT be able to pick-up your luggage in Porto.

10:05 arrival flight at Porto International Airport

Wednesday, 24 October 2018 : Departure from Porto to Brussels
16:45 sharp: transfer from UPTec to Porto International Airport
17:50 departure flight from Porto International Airport
21:55 arrival flight at Melsbroek Airport

LOGISTICS

All passengers will receive their boarding passes at the Briefing in Brussels (10/10/2018)

There are NO PARKING FACILITIES at Melsbroek airport.
Luggage allowance: Maximum 1 piece of checked-in luggage (20kg) and 1 piece of hand luggage (5kg).
Please make sure to fix the special luggage tags – distributed at the briefing in Brussels - onto your suitcase. Without them your luggage is likely to get lost.
